1. Introduction Welcome to SK Interior! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging with our services.
2. Services Offered SK Interior provides: • Modular Kitchens • Customized Furniture (Beds, T.V. Units, Wardrobes, etc.) • Steel Products • Full Home Interior Design • Marble, Tiles, and Granite Work • Painting, Denting, and POP Services All services are subject to availability and prior agreement.
3. Quotations & Pricing • All quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. • Prices are subject to change based on material cost, design modifications, or additional requirements. • GST and other applicable taxes are not included in the base price unless specified.
4. Payments • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm any order. • The remaining balance must be paid in stages as per the agreed milestones. • Delayed payments may result in project delays or penalties.
5. Delivery Timelines • Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work. • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supplier delays) are not the responsibility of SK Interior.
6. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellation of orders after the project begins will result in a deduction of expenses already incurred. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.
7. Warranty • SK Interior offers a 5-year service warranty for installation and workmanship. • This warranty does not include goods, materials, or third-party products used in the project. • The warranty excludes damages caused by wear and tear, misuse, water or chemical exposure, and customer handling.
8. Customer Responsibilities • Customers must provide accurate measurements, requirements, and approvals promptly. • SK Interior is not liable for delays caused by lack of customer cooperation or external approvals.
9. Liability • SK Interior is not responsible for any damages caused due to improper use of products or services provided. • Our liability is limited to the value of the project or product.
10. Intellectual Property • All designs, layouts, and concepts provided by SK Interior are our intellectual property. • Reproduction or sharing of these without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution • Any disputes arising will be settled amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra.
12. Amendments • SK Interior reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be shared on our website and social media pages.
13. Payment Completion: The company will not guarantee the completion of the project if any payment from the client remains pending.
14. Warranty and Guarantee: Any warranty or guarantee on the work done will be considered null and void if the client has not cleared all dues.
15. Final Handover: The final handover of the work will only take place after 100% payment has been made.
16. Liability Clause: The company shall not be held responsible for any claims related to incomplete work or quality assurance if the client fails to make the payment in full.
17. If you delay the payment. The work may also be delay, and SK Interior will be not responsible for it.
18. Media Rights and Copyright
“Our company reserves the right to capture photos and videos of the projects we undertake. No interference in this process will be allowed. All photos and videos taken by us will remain our exclusive property, and we will hold full copyright over them. If any of our project-related photos or videos are used online or elsewhere without our prior written consent, it will be considered a copyright infringement, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.”
